Renelle Braaten loved competing in city league volleyball. But participation was accompanied by a significant problem. Sport bras designed for large chested women did not exist. Renelle seemed an unlikely person to take on this challenge. She had been working as a barber in the town of Havre for more than 35 years. None the less, Renelle recruited her Mother to help sew and develop a design that solved the problem. So began an extraordinary odyssey including the formation of a company, a 8 year quest to get to Oprah and awards from two Governors of Montana. Now if only she could remember what those awards were for.
